These terms apply to text messages sent by VMV Living, a trade name of VMV UNO LLC, which rents single-family homes in Peoria, Illinois.

What we send

If you give consent, we may send you text messages about:

• The rental inquiry you made
• Arranging and confirming a showing
• Updates on a rental application
• For existing tenants who separately agree: lease and account matters, and coordinating maintenance

These messages are a conversation with a person at VMV Living. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, vacancy announcements, or bulk campaigns.

Consent is optional

You give consent by ticking the box on our contact form. The box is never ticked for you. Consent is not required to inquire about a home, to apply, or to rent from us. Providing a phone number by itself is not consent to be texted.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. Check your plan if you are unsure.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will be unsubscribed and we will stop texting you. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also ask us to stop by emailing info@vmvliving.com or calling (309) 431-2875.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.

SMS data will not be shared with anyone except our texting service provider. Mobile information and SMS opt-in and consent data are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes.
